GENERAL

I will not be working on weekends to get some time off from drawing. Trips, Plans, etc, will be announced on all my socials. I will not work on any commissions during those times (unless it's a rush/prioirity comm). If you want to know what stage your commission is in, check my Queue List. I update whenever I've made progress!
DO NOT claim, edit, copy, trace, or steal my art. DO NOT use/feed to AI. EVER. & Don't use my artwork for NFT's. I reserve the right to decline your commission if I find it outside my capabilities or if it's a subject I will not draw.
I will not begin your commission until I can confirm the payment has been made. Orders with payments not made within 48 hours will be canceled.

REVISIONS

You receive 3 free revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions cost $1 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage!
Big revisions (pose or expression change) can only be done during the sketch stage
No revisions in skeb commissions
(unless its important details)
So make sure you send all reference images needed

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

Commissions may take up to 3-5 weeks (starting from when I accept your request/start working), depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters. However, I will keep you updated if delays occur.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I hold full copyright of my artwork.
I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolioExceptions:
If an NDA was purchased (and with prior agreement from me), the artwork will not be posted on my social media and public portfolios at any time or used for promotional purposes.

REFUNDS

Refunds can only be made in these circumstances:I am unable to finish it for any reason.Work for the commission hasn't started within 1 week after receiving paymentNo refund if the commission is already finished/I have already started on it.Full refund if I cancel the commission.Cancellations caused by inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or breach of terms by the client may not receive a full refund.

Commercial fees

MONETIZED CONTENT
-50% of the base priceThis commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for profitable digital activities, such as:
Monetized video creation, such as music videos, marketing purposes, etcCOMMERCIAL MERCHANDISING
- 150% of the base price- This commission fee is required if you intend to use the artwork for mass distribution and/ or profitable activities, such as:
Printing the artwork for sale
Using the artwork for merchandise design/ saleNDA COMMISSION
- 300% of the base price- Private commissions process cannot be shown on my stream and social media, and/or the final product cannot be showcased on my social media and public portfolios within 30 days after completion. and/ or the final product cannot be showcased on my social media and public portfolios at any time

COMMISSIONER USE

You may:
use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or wallpaper; repost the artwork with proper credit; print or replicate it on any material for personal use.
My socials/accs you can mention : insta "@koolk.eem", twt/x “koolkeme” , tiktok "koolkeemi" ♡.You may NOT:
Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
Remove signatures/watermarks.
Resell or redistribute the artwork.
Edit my artwork without authorization
Use the artwork to train AI; transform the artwork into an NFT
Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
Even in commercial use, crediting the artist remains mandatory whenever possible.
